We will keep the buyer or seller informed of progress  every step of the way so they can make their plans with certainty.

Written advice of costs and expenses

The buyer or seller will receive a retainer letter from Liston and Clifton setting out their fees and the other expenses of the transaction such as stamp duty, searches and registration fees.  They will know exactly where they stand from the start.
